*Registration closes 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the first-class session. Each student MUST have an active profile created in the Training Portal and be registered using their account information before registration closes. Students who are new to the Training Portal may create an account at https://courses.prioritydispatch.net. SILEC will re-imburse any Law Enforcement Agency in MTU #14.

- Correctly identity Chief Complaints
- Assign needed resources
- Improve scene safety
- Provide crucial Pre-Arrival Instructions even in high-risk childbirth situations (breech, etc.)
- Provide effective Dispatch Life Support
- Learn the new Compressions 1st CPR
- Safely prioritize calls
- Acquire National Certification
- Questions you can ask to assist in the prosecution of suspects
