This one-day, 8-hour course is designed to training police officers and firefighter/paramedics in the specialized skill sets necessary to perform the active threat rescue task force mission.
The purpose of this course is to provide police officers and firefighter/paramedics training that will enable them to operate together in the warm zone during an active threat situation. This will provide them with the skill sets to rapidly perform critical lifesaving medical procedures and triage under the force protection of law enforcement. Accessing victims early will increase the probability of saving the lives of those who may have otherwise died from their injuries.
